This website collects personal information in one place only: the consultation enquiry form. Nothing is collected from simply browsing the site.

• Name, email address and telephone number.
• Country of residence and preferred language.
• The procedure you are enquiring about and your preferred method of consultation.
• The message you write, which may describe your health and what you are considering.
• A truncated form of your network address, kept to limit automated abuse of the form. The full address is never stored.

No analytics, advertising or tracking script is loaded on this site. Video is embedded so that no request reaches YouTube until you choose to play a film.

Enquiry details are used to respond to you and to arrange a consultation. Access within the practice is restricted by role, and each time a member of staff opens an enquiry that access is recorded.

Information you send is not sold, and is not shared for advertising purposes.

You may ask for a copy of the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Requests can be sent to the practice using the contact details below.

• The lawful basis for processing health data under GDPR Article 9.
• The identity and contact details of the data controller, and a data protection officer if one is appointed.
• Retention periods for enquiries, and for any photographs submitted with them.
• The mechanism relied on for transferring data outside the EEA, given the practice operates in Türkiye.
• Any processors used for email delivery, hosting and file storage.
• The supervisory authority a patient may complain to.
